The deadline to file a claim for the William Raveis, Howard Hanna, EXIT, Windermere, Lyon, Charles Rutenberg, My Home, Tierra Antigua, and/or West USA Settlements is December 30, 2025. If you have already submitted a claim form for a prior Settlement with other Defendants, you do not need to submit another Claim Form. But, if you did not previously file a Claim Form, then you will be eligible to make a claim for the Settlements with only William Raveis, Howard Hanna, EXIT, Windermere, Lyon, Charles Rutenberg, My Home, Tierra Antigua, and/or West USA, but not for prior Settlements.
The deadline to file a claim for all previous Settlements passed on May 9, 2025.
To file a claim, click “File a Claim” below. You may also download a Claim Form to print and mail to the Settlement Administrator. If you sold multiple homes during the Eligible Date Ranges, you will need to submit multiple claims.
Additional Settlements may be reached with other Defendants. If you filed a claim in the Anywhere, RE/MAX, Keller Williams, Compass, Real Brokerage, Realty ONE, @properties, Douglas Elliman, Redfin, Engel & Völkers, HomeSmart, United Real Estate, NAR, HomeServices, Keyes, Illustrated, NextHome, John L. Scott, LoKation, Real Estate One, Baird & Warner, Side, Seven Gables, WFP, JPAR, Signature, First Team, Sibcy Cline, Brooklyn MLS, and CNYIS, it made you eligible for any future Settlements reached.
If you file a claim now in the William Raveis, Howard Hanna, EXIT, Windermere, Lyon, Charles Rutenberg, My Home, Tierra Antigua, and West USA Settlements, it will make you eligible for any future Settlements reached.
Please note, you did not need to have sold a home using Anywhere, RE/MAX, Keller Williams, Compass, Real Brokerage, Realty ONE, @properties, Douglas Elliman, Redfin, Engel & Völkers, HomeSmart, United Real Estate, HomeServices, Keyes, Illustrated, NextHome, John L. Scott, LoKation, Real Estate One, Baird & Warner, Side, Seven Gables, WFP, JPAR, Signature, First Team, Sibcy Cline, Brooklyn MLS, CNYIS, William Raveis, Howard Hanna, EXIT, Windermere, Lyon, Charles Rutenberg, My Home, Tierra Antigua, or West USA agents to file a claim.
