If you have already submitted a claim form for a prior Settlement with other Defendants, you did not need to submit another Claim Form.
The deadline to file a claim for all previous Settlements passed on May 9, 2025.
While you can choose to submit a late claim, there is no guarantee it will be accepted.
To file a late claim, click “File a Claim” below. You may also download a Claim Form to print and mail to the Settlement Administrator. If you sold multiple homes during the Eligible Date Ranges, you will have needed to submit multiple claims.

If you filed a claim in the Anywhere, RE/MAX, Keller Williams, Compass, Real Brokerage, Realty ONE, @properties, Douglas Elliman, Redfin, Engel & Völkers, HomeSmart, United Real Estate, NAR, HomeServices, Keyes, Illustrated, NextHome, John L. Scott, LoKation, Real Estate One, Baird & Warner, Side, Seven Gables, WFP, JPAR, Signature, First Team, Sibcy Cline, Brooklyn MLS, and CNYIS, it made you eligible for any future Settlements reached.
If you filed a claim in the William Raveis, Howard Hanna, EXIT, Windermere, Lyon, Charles Rutenberg, My Home, Tierra Antigua, and West USA Settlements, it made you eligible for any future Settlements reached.
