To file a claim, click “File a Claim” below. You may also download a Claim Form to print and mail to the Settlement Administrator. If you sold multiple homes during the Eligible Date Ranges, you will need to submit multiple claims.
Additional Settlements may be reached with other Defendants. If you file a claim now in the Anywhere, RE/MAX, Keller Williams, Compass, Real Brokerage, Realty ONE, @properties, Douglas Elliman, Redfin, Engel & Völkers, HomeSmart, United Real Estate, NAR, HomeServices, Keyes, Illustrated, NextHome, John L. Scott, LoKation, Real Estate One, Baird & Warner, Side, Seven Gables, WFP, JPAR, Signature, First Team, Sibcy Cline, Brooklyn MLS, and CNYIS Settlements, it will make you eligible for any future Settlements reached. Please note, you did not need to have sold a home using Anywhere, RE/MAX, Keller Williams, Compass, Real Brokerage, Realty ONE, @properties, Douglas Elliman, Redfin, Engel & Völkers, HomeSmart, United Real Estate, HomeServices, Keyes, Illustrated, NextHome, John L. Scott, LoKation, Real Estate One, Baird & Warner, Side, Seven Gables, WFP, JPAR, Signature, First Team, Sibcy Cline, Brooklyn MLS, or CNYIS agents to file a claim now.
